Jean-Christophe Boullion

Jean-Christophe Boullion, a French driver born in 1969, contested a single Formula 1 season with Sauber in 1995, making eleven Grand Prix starts at the age of twenty-five.

Despite the brevity of his top-level career, Boullion managed to get on the scoreboard, collecting three points during the year. Under the scoring system of the time, which rewarded only the top six finishers, that represented genuinely competitive running in midfield machinery.

Those results left him sixteenth in the 1995 drivers' championship, ahead of a number of drivers who completed the full season. His Formula 1 record closed at the end of that year: eleven starts, three points, and a one-team, one-season career.

Boullion remains one of a group of French drivers of the mid-1990s whose championship involvement was confined to a single campaign, but his points haul distinguishes his season from many similarly short careers.
