Fred Gamble

Fred Gamble, an American driver born in 1932, made one Formula 1 World Championship start, which came in the 1960 season driving a Behra-Porsche.

Unlike most of his compatriots in the championship's first decade, whose records came through the Indianapolis 500, Gamble's appearance came in a European-built car. The start brought no championship points, and it remained his only outing at this level.
