Mike Taylor

Mike Taylor, a British driver born in 1934, made two Formula 1 World Championship starts at the close of the 1950s, driving a Cooper-Climax in 1959 and a Team Lotus entry in 1960.

Neither appearance brought championship points, and his Grand Prix career ended after the 1960 season. His two starts nonetheless came with two of the most significant British constructors of the period, at a time when the rear-engined revolution they led was reshaping the sport.
