Enrique Bernoldi

Enrique Bernoldi, a Brazilian driver born in 1978, competed in Formula 1 in 2001 and 2002, making twenty-eight starts for Arrows. He was around 22 years old when he made his debut.

The Arrows team was in decline during his tenure, and Bernoldi's two seasons brought no championship points. He went unclassified in 2001 and was placed twenty-second in the 2002 standings.

His second season was cut short when Arrows collapsed partway through the 2002 championship, ending the team's participation and, with it, Bernoldi's Formula 1 racing career after roughly a season and a half of actual competition.

Twenty-eight starts without points tells more about the machinery than the driver: in the early 2000s, points were paid only to the top six finishers, and Arrows rarely had the pace to reach them.
