Giulio Cabianca

Giulio Cabianca, an Italian driver born in 1923, made three World Championship starts across three seasons, appearing once each in 1958, 1959 and 1960 with three different cars: an OSCA, a Maserati and a Cooper-Castellotti.

His final appearance was his best. In 1960, driving the Cooper-Castellotti, he scored three championship points, enough to be classified twenty-second in the drivers' standings — a strong return from a single start at a time when only the top six finishers scored.

Cabianca's championship record, compiled in his mid-thirties, closes with that 1960 points finish, giving him the unusual distinction of a career in which every point came from his last Grand Prix start.
