Franco Forini

Franco Forini, a Swiss driver born in 1958, made two Formula 1 starts in the 1987 season, racing for the small Italian Osella team.

His brief spell at the top level brought no championship points, and 1987 remained his only season in the World Championship. Two starts with one of the grid's least competitive outfits left Forini with a short record — no points, podiums or poles — typical of drivers who passed briefly through Formula 1's backmarker teams in the late 1980s.
