John Barber

John Barber, a British driver born in 1929, made one World Championship start, in 1953, driving for Cooper. He was in his early twenties when he took part in his only Grand Prix.

His single appearance in the young British marque's machinery produced no championship points, and he did not return to the World Championship in later seasons. That 1953 outing stands as his complete Formula 1 record.
