Oswald Karch

Oswald Karch, a German driver born in 1917, made one World Championship start, in 1953, driving a Veritas. He was thirty-six years old at the time of his single Grand Prix appearance.

Veritas was one of the small German constructors active in the championship's early seasons, and Karch's lone outing with the marque brought no points. That 1953 race remains the full extent of his Formula 1 record.
