Franck Montagny

Franck Montagny, a French driver born in 1978, made seven Formula 1 starts, all during the 2006 season with the newly formed Super Aguri team. He was twenty-eight when he reached the Grand Prix grid.

Super Aguri was the smallest operation in the field that year, and Montagny's part-season brought no championship points, leaving him twenty-seventh in the final classification.

His World Championship career began and ended within those few months of 2006, a brief stint that nonetheless made him one of the era's French representatives at the sport's top level.
