Bobby Ball

Bobby Ball, an American driver born in 1925, made two World Championship starts in 1951 and 1952. His appearances came at the Indianapolis 500, which counted toward the Formula 1 World Championship from 1950 to 1960.

His 1951 start, in a Schroeder, was the more successful: he scored two points and was classified nineteenth in that year's championship, a result that placed him among the scoring finishers under the era's top-five points system. His second and final appearance the following year added nothing further to his record, which closed with two points from two starts.
