Jan Flinterman, a Dutch driver born in 1919, made two World Championship starts in the 1952 season, driving a Maserati.

His brief involvement in the championship brought no points, and 1952 remained his only season at this level. Flinterman's two starts nonetheless place him among the earliest Dutch drivers to appear in the Formula 1 World Championship, in only the third year of its existence.
