Jim Hall

Jim Hall, an American driver born in 1935, made twelve Formula 1 starts across four consecutive seasons from 1960 to 1963.

He began with Team Lotus in 1960 and continued in Lotus-Climax machinery through 1961 and 1962, though his first three seasons passed without points.

His final year proved his best: driving a Lotus-BRM in 1963, Hall scored three points and finished thirteenth in the World Championship, a solid return under the scoring system of the day.

Hall's Formula 1 career ended after that 1963 campaign, his twelve starts having produced three points and a single classified championship finish.
