Roger Loyer

Roger Loyer, a French driver born in 1907, made one World Championship start, driving for Gordini in 1954. He was 46 years old at the time, an age not unusual among the drivers who filled Grand Prix grids in the 1950s.

The race brought no points, and Loyer did not appear in the World Championship again. His single start stands as a brief entry in the history of the French Gordini team.
