Piero Scotti

Piero Scotti, an Italian driver born in 1909, entered a single World Championship Grand Prix, driving for Connaught in 1956. At around forty-six years old when he made that start, he belonged to the generation of drivers whose careers had largely been shaped before the World Championship era began.

The race brought no points, and Scotti made no further World Championship appearances, his Formula 1 statistics standing at one start for the British Connaught team.
