Rial was a German constructor that competed in the Formula 1 World Championship between 1988 and 1989, taking part across 2 seasons during the 1980s.

The team never won a race or finished on the podium, but it did score championship points during its time on the grid, a respectable return for a small operation competing against far better-resourced rivals.

Drivers to appear for the team included Andrea de Cesaris, Christian Danner and Volker Weidler.
