Oliver Bearman

Oliver Bearman is a British racing driver born on 8 May 2005. A Ferrari Driver Academy member, he won both the Italian and ADAC Formula 4 championships in 2021 and graduated to Formula 2, where he took multiple race wins. He has scored 63 points across 34 starts to date.

Bearman's F1 story began dramatically: called up at short notice to substitute for an unwell Carlos Sainz at the 2024 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, he qualified strongly and finished seventh on debut for Ferrari, an assured performance that announced his arrival. He made further substitute appearances for Haas before joining the American team full-time for 2025, scoring regularly and finishing 13th in the championship on 41 points.

In 2026 Bearman continues at Haas alongside Esteban Ocon. After nine rounds he sits 12th in the standings on 18 points as he builds his second full season.

Bearman is known for his composure and adaptability, qualities that allowed him to score points in an unfamiliar car at a moment's notice on debut. A highly rated Ferrari Academy graduate, he combines junior-category speed with a level head under pressure, and is widely seen as one of Britain's most promising emerging talents.
