Mike Wilds

Mike Wilds, a British driver born in 1946, made three World Championship starts across the 1974 and 1975 seasons, driving March, BRM and Ensign machinery during his brief spell at the top level.

None of his starts brought points or a classified championship position. Moving between three different teams in the space of two seasons without a settled seat was a familiar story for drivers on the fringes of the mid-1970s grid, where opportunities were brief and equipment rarely competitive.

His Formula 1 record closed after 1975 with three starts from two seasons.
