Kenneth McAlpine

Kenneth McAlpine, a British driver born in 1920, made seven World Championship starts, all with Connaught, spread across the 1952, 1953 and 1955 seasons.

His association with the small British team defined his entire Formula 1 record. None of his appearances brought championship points — a common outcome for the British privateer constructors of the early 1950s, racing against the dominant Italian works squads.

With a season's absence in 1954 splitting his career into two spells, McAlpine's record closes at seven starts across three seasons, every one of them in a Connaught.
